The Sweeney Art Gallery's Permanent Collection holds approximately 650 unique objects. The Collection has a particularly strong number of works on paper, specifically prints including abstract and figurative works from the modern to contemporary periods. Some notable works in the Collection include Alexander Calder, Roy Lichtenstein, Millard Sheets, and Kara Walker.
