LOS ANGELES, CA (June 12^TH, 2015) LA Artcore presents its first national online call for entry whose resulting winning entries culminate in an exhibition of works spanning sculpture, painting, photography and mixed-media. Twenty-six artists from across the United States were selected and scored in the eight percentile among all applicants by jurors Laddie John Dill, Ave Pildas and Andy Moses. As per the call artists were asked to enter up to two images and those works that scored consistently the highest would be shown in a special exhibit to take place at Artcore's Brewery Annex in Downtown L.A. Upon installation of the exhibit, jurors will complete the final round of judging and award a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and two Honorable Mentions. A total of $2,500.00 in cash awards will be divided across those chosen.
